WR Breaking Through

The Coastal Bend is an area that has been producing more and more D1 talent over the years. Another prospect that has next level talent is this wide out and he recently visited UTSA.

One look at Kiki Hill and you see that he's not built like a typical wide receiver. His 6'3" 220lb frame gives off the vibe that he's a linebacker, maybe even a defensive end. Then you see the film on him and what he can do with the ball in his hands and wide out looks like a natural fit.

It's that same film that he sent to the UTSA staff about two weeks ago that caused the coaches to reach out and Hill let them know that he'd be making it to campus to check out the 'Runners.

Outside of interest from UTSA and Texas State, Hill is trying to visit Oklahoma State too. According to Kiki's father, his trip to UTSA really impressed him and he really likes the young program.

Kiki will be in attendance at Nike's Football Training Camp in Dallas this weekend. He's looking to improve his speed and this would be the perfect place to do it. The 'Runners Coaching Staff didn't extend an offer, but they made it known to him that he was high on their board. He met with various coaches and then Wide Receiver's Coach Marquis Mosely let him know that he's losing 7 seniors and will be looking for talent to replace them.

Because of his size, Hill is being recruited by the 'Runners as either a Flex Tight End or Wide Receiver. He plans to return to one of UTSA's summer camps as the staff will be keeping a close eye on his recruitment.
